The venticone is a concept of aeration and emptying of silo developed by PRIVE SA since 1987.

The PRIVE venticône is available for silos up to 7,12m of diameter.

The PRIVE venticône is available for silos up to 18,34m (16 rings) height of cylinder.

The raised venticône allows the collecting conveyor to be on the floor level without digging a gallery.




 4 reasons to buy a venticône :
  • Easy emptying : with a 28° slope, the gravity emptying is almost complete. It takes only a few minutes to clean the bottom of the silo.

  • Total insulation from the soil : with a central cap, the grain is not in direct contact with the soil.

  • Aeration of the grain : the regular perforation on the whole surface of the cone allows a perfect aeration of the grain.

  • Adaptable on every silos : the venticône can be installed in every new as well as in existing silos (whatever the design of the corrugation).
